
Labatt has developed software systems in house since 1983. Over this course of time Labatt has developed a multi-talented staff of system developers, whose primary goal is to provide software solutions to improve business efficiency.
In 1998, Labatt Food Service took this philosophy to our customers by building our first web based order entry system. Since then, we have focused on extending software efficiencies to our customers by automating all steps from order replenishment through payment. Labatt believes in mass-customization because each customer’s software needs are unique. Our systems can be utilized as a group or individually, depending on the customer’s capabilities and needs.
Order Entry Systems
· Our Order Accelerator allows customers to create and sequence order guides to expedite the order entry process. Operators can view confirmed quantities of reserve orders within minutes of having submitted an order.
· Labatt’s Intelligent Order Entry system can communicate with any 3rd party Point-of-Sales, Menu Management or Inventory Management systems by integrated transmission of data.
· We have developed a handheld device that allows customers to walk through their inventory, scan item barcodes and key in the quantities.
Accounting Systems
· With Labatt’s Invoice Inquiry system customers can search invoices for any of their units and view scanned images of past invoices.
· Customers can keep up with payments by using our online A/R Statements utility.
· Electronic Accounting Integration allows for intelligent communication with 3rd party accounting software systems.
