Meet our Healthcare Specialist:

Leslie Proctor
Leslie Proctor graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in the Coordinated Program in Nutrition/Dietetics.  She is a Registered Dietitian (R.D.) and a Licensed Dietitian (L.D.). She joined Labatt Food Service in Austin as a Sales Representative specializing in healthcare and nutritional support.  Leslie is an active member of the American Dietetic Association and the Texas Dietetic Association. One of her typical nutrition projects was developing a system to allow the Freebird’s chain to receive its entire menu on the web with nutritional breakdowns.
